Our Services

Globe Rover Travel is a travel agency based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. We provide assistance with visa applications, flight reservations, hotel bookings, holiday packages, airport transfers and travel insurance arrangements. We act as an intermediary between you and the airlines, hotels, tour operators, insurers and other providers who deliver these services.

Visa Assistance

We assist with preparing, checking and submitting visa applications. Please note the following:

  • The decision on any visa application rests solely with the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority
  • We cannot guarantee the approval of any application, the processing time, or the outcome
  • Service charges paid to us are for our assistance and are separate from embassy, consulate or application centre fees
  • Embassy, consulate and application centre fees are generally non-refundable, regardless of the outcome

Bookings and Payments

Prices, availability and travel details are subject to change until a booking is confirmed by the relevant provider. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and confirmation has been issued.

Any quotation shared with you is valid only for the period stated and may change if fares, exchange rates, taxes or supplier charges change.

Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

Cancellations, date changes and refunds are governed by the terms and conditions of the airline, hotel, tour operator, insurer or other provider concerned. Where a refund is available, it will be processed only after we receive it from the relevant provider, and processing times are outside our control. Service charges for work already carried out may not be refundable.

Your Responsibilities

When you use our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete and genuine information and documents
  • Ensure your passport and other travel documents are valid for your trip
  • Check visa, entry, health and transit requirements for your destination and any transit country
  • Arrive at airports, terminals and appointments on time
  • Make payments within the timelines advised to you

We are not responsible for problems arising from incorrect, incomplete or misleading information supplied to us.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travellers arrange suitable travel insurance. Any insurance arranged through us is provided by a third-party insurer, and the cover, exclusions and claims process are governed by that insurer’s policy documents.

Third-Party Providers

Services such as flights, accommodation, transfers, tours and insurance are delivered by independent providers and are subject to their own terms and conditions. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbooking, service quality, loss or damage caused by these providers or by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, strikes, technical issues or changes in government regulations.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any service is limited to the service charge paid to Globe Rover Travel for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed connections, lost earnings or non-refundable expenses.

The content on this website, including text, images and branding, belongs to Globe Rover Travel or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Website content is provided for general information only and may be updated or corrected at any time. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose.
